Bridgestone Battlax Racing R10 at Phillip Island
Australia may have won the recent International Challenge team event at Phillip Island, in Melbourne, Australia, but Northern Ireland's former Grand Prix ace Jeremy McWilliams, who led the UK team to second place overall, also took the individual honours for the second successive year at the Island Classic event, using Bridgestone's BATTLAX Racing R10 tyre combination on an XR69 Suzuki.
McWilliams congratulated Bridgestone on "great rubber", in the shape of the widely acclaimed Racing R10, which will be the tyre equipment on the Super Twin Kawasaki the 47-year-old rider will use, when making his North West 200 debut in May this year.
