Rolls-Royce report that sales of their luxury cars last year, were the best ever, with China and Russia demanding more and more of the iconic limousines. Questioned regarding the cars' fuel consumption, a factory spokesperson referred to driving style as being the relevant factor, and claimed that a journey by "Roller" could be the ideal commute for a busy executive. Hum ... !
We're looking forward to seeing if the recent mild weather, and generally unacceptable petrol prices, will have given our Industry a boost with buoyant sales of 125's and scooters - adding to the December 15.1% year-to-date sector increase - when January's vehicle registration figures are published.
