September's Prize Competition, with Bridgestone - the winner !
With one of the fastest response times to date, the sender of the first correct answer to last week's prize competition question, with Bridgestone, the UK Market Leader, was Dave from Tyre Stocks Ltd, in Gosport.
The question : "What was the surname of the Japanese tyre giant's inspirational founder ?"
The answer : Ishibashi, which we believe to translate as "Stonebridge", hence "Bridgestone" as the name of the company he established in 1931.
