Last Sunday, the 2011 MotoGP World Championship season continued with the tenth event in the series, and the RED BULL U.S GRAND PRIX, at the Mazda Raceway, USA.
A convincing win for Repsol Honda's Casey Stoner, increased his World Championship lead to 168 points, whilst reigning World Champion, Jorge Lorenzo, came second in the Red Bull race, and has 153 points for Yamaha Factory Racing. Dani Pedrosa was third with Repsol Honda, and is fifth in the standings with a score of 94. Another member of the Repsol Honda team, Andrea Dovizioso, has 132 points, in series third position, and Ducati Team's Valentino Rossi is fourth, on 98.
Looking forward, there's a break until Sunday 14th August, and the CARDION ab GRAND PRIX CESKE republiky, at the Automotodrom Brno.
