Last weekend saw event number five in the 2011 MotoGP World Championship series, and the GRAN PREMI APEROL DE CATALUNYA, at the Circuit de Catalunya.
Repsol Honda Team's Casey Stoner battled tricky conditions to deliver a dominant performance, which saw him set fastest lap and fight off Yamaha Factory Racing's Jorge Lorenzo, to achieve his third victory of the current season ; Lorenzo finishing second, with team-mate Ben Spies third.
Britain's Cal Crutchlow, Monster Yamaha Tech 3, came seventh.
Lorenzo continues to lead the 2011 World Championship Standing, with 98 points, from Stoner, on 91, whilst Andrea Dovizioso, with Repsol Honda, has overtaken his team-senior, Dani Pedrosa, into third place, and 63 points.
This weekend, it's the "Big One", Sunday 12th June, and the AIRASIA BRITISH GRAND PRIX, at Silverstone !
