Ducati 848 Challenge, and Pirelli
The Ducati 848 Challenge is now an official partner of the MCE British Superbike series for 2011, and the Italian manufacturer has teamed up again with Pirelli. All competitors on the new Ducati 848 Evo will be using Pireli Diablo Supercorsa tyres, which broke numerous records in last year's British and World Supersport Championships.
The two manufacturers have a long racing and commercial history together, and Pirelli has an exclusive original equipment fitment with Ducati.
The winner of the 2011 Championship will collect a brand new 848 Evo in the stunning Dark Stealth livery and the series includes eight rounds, six in the UK, commencing at Brands Hatch on 22nd to 25th April, and one each at Assen and Monza, subject to final confirmation.
