It's the penultimate event, on the 2010 MotoGP World Championship calendar, and this Sunday the action will be at Estoril, in Portugal, for the bwin GRANDE PREMIO DE PORTUGAL.

Whilst Fiat Yamaha's Jorge Lorenzo has an impregnable hold on the new World Champion's title, second and third places in the Premier Class remain up for grabs, with both Casey Stoner, and Ducati, also Valentino Rossi, Fiat Yamaha, capable of literally overtaking the currently second placed Repsol Honda rider, Dani Pedrosa, sidelined through three races following injury in Japan.

Less probable, but theoretically possible, are second or third slots for the other Repsol Honda team rider, Andrea Dovizioso, and rookie Ben Spies, with Monster Yamaha Tech 3. So there is plenty to ride for, as MotoGP 2010 approaches the Grand Finale !

Meanwhile, the MotoGP Team Title was secured by Fiat Yamaha, for the third season in succession, following Lorenzo and Rossi's podium finishes in the Iveco Australian Grand Prix, at Phillip Island last time out.

Team Fiat Yamaha, is the first to win the MotoGP Team Championship on three successive years.

Next time out, the final round, in Spain, at the famous Ricardo Tormo circuit, on Sunday, November 7th, and the GRAN PREMIO GENERALI DE LA COMUNITAT VALENCIANA.
