Pirelli, and high hopes for the 2010 Isle of Man TT !

With racing, at the 2010 Isle of Man TT, planned to start this Saturday, 5th June, Pirelli stars are looking for glory, yet again.
In practice, last year, Pirelli pilot Cameron Donald rode an incredible 131mph lap, and the manufacturer's Racing Manager, Jason Griffith, looks towards this year's competition, commenting : "There is a real feeling of 'opportunities missed' after last year when some of our runners suffered 'technicals' and Cameron was ruled out after that stunning laptime. With Cameron, Bruce, Conor and Guy we believe we have a great chance of taking some good results in the ultra competitive Superbike class. We hope for good, close racing and the safety of all competitors in what we consider one of the greatest sporting spectacles in the world." |
