In an, at best, "flat" replacement tyre market, this year, Bridgestone is putting it's money where it's mouth is, with an extensive consumer advertising campaign. Last week, a half page spread in MCN, trumpeted the message that, as many riders have already discovered, with Battlax BT-023, the manufacturer's new sports/tourer, "you'll have to travel a very, very long way to beat it".

Sometimes a newly launched tyre can take months to catch the public's interest. But, riders demanded BT-023 from the outset, giving Bridgestone, also with the well established Battlax BT-021, continued dominance of the top market sector, that's Sports/Touring.

As they say, "EXCELLENCE: WE'RE AT BRIDGESTONE WITH IT."
